Terms

A.  All scholarship awards are made in accordance with current and applicable laws and pursuant to the Internal Revenue Service Code of 1986 and regulations as amended.

B.  Prior to payment of the scholarship award, the recipient must be accepted and enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited post-secondary program.

C. The installment of the scholarship award will be paid to your college after receipt of this form.

D.  Payments will be made to the Financial Aid Office of the educational institution, to be applied toward your educational expenses for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for study at a tax-exempt institution.

E.  The student must be enrolled as a full-time student.

F.  Remaining scholarship dollars are forfeited if appropriate GPA is not maintained or if full-time course load is not maintained.

G. The student must always be in good standing with their educational institution.

H. The scholarship is for the upcoming school year only and cannot be deferred.

I. The student’s photo, their essay, as well as information about the college attending, may be shared with Scholarship Advisory Committee as well as used for promotional purposes.
