“My name is Bo Witcher and I am Dallas Baptist University Alumni with my Associate of Science and currently a Nursing major at Baylor University! I have a 3.6 GPA and I am in track to graduate in early 2025!

During my time at DBU, I remained on the Dean’s list, received the Science Department Award in 2022, and a Burg Honors Recipient in 2022. At Baylor, I am currently a Nursing School Merit Scholar and seeking to finish to Bachelors Degree in Nursing. My goal is to begin as a Pediatric Oncology nurse and eventually continue to higher education to become a Nurse Practitioner!

The BACF has been a major part of my journey to seek higher education. With losing my father to a drug overdose my senior year of high school and not knowing how I would be able to pursue my dreams. That is where the Adkins family came right in. The Adkin’s and the entire foundation have been my biggest supporters to not only just invest in me, but to encourage and cheer me on to continue to achieve my aspirations. I’m beyond grateful for the investment and belief in me by this foundation and I look forward to continue to be a trailblazer for this next generation!
